The Collective Assignements Routing Provision (CORV) is a digital node that ensures a safe and fast digital exchange of formal messages between judicial parties and parties from the municipal domain. The privacy of the young people about whom information must be exchanged is always guaranteed within this system.
The use of CORV is required by law for all organizations involved and, as a municipality, you must be a member of the CORV since January 2015, in which the formal messaging between parties can be handled. CORV has been developed and is managed by the Ministry and Justice. The Ministry of Justice is responsible for the development, the organization, the management and the implementation of CORV at the involved judicial organizations. Affiliated organizations consist of organizations from the judicial chain such as the Central Judicial Collection Agency (CJIB) and the Police, the Council for Child Protection (RvdK), the Safe at Home organizations, certified institutions, but also all municipalities must be affiliated with CORV. The Public Prosecution Service is affiliated through the CJIB.
The messages handled in the CORV concern:
- Care forms from Police to the municipality
- Requests for investigation (youth protection) from the municipality to the Child Protection Board
- Youth probation from court to municipality
- Ex officio investigations of the Council of Child Protection towards the municipality
With the KeDo CORV module, you as a user have full control over the incoming and outgoing message flows. This at clear rates and a monthly cancellable service.
